Before Installation
Inspect the hair before installing, washing, coloring, cutting, or altering it. Once the hair has been installed, colored, bleached, washed or altered in any way, it may not longer qualify for a return or exchange.
Straight and Body Wave Care Tips
Straight and Body Wave textures are versatile and generally low- maintenance with proper care.
- Brush gently from the ends upward
- Use a paddle brush or wide tooth comb
- Wash and condition the hair with sulfate-free and alcohol free products
- Rinse thoroughly
- Apply a moisturizing conditioner, allow it to sit 10-15 mins
- Rinse and gently squeeze out excess water
- Pat with towel and allow hair to air dry
Avoid cutting the wefts whenever possible. If the wefts must be cut, seal the wefts to help with reduced shedding.
Burmese Curly Care Tips
Burmese Loose Curly and Tight Curly texture require more maintenance regular moisture and gentle handling.
- Wash and condition the hair with sulfate free and alcohol free products
- Detangle only when hair is wet
- Separate the hair into sections before detangling
- Starting at the ends upward
- Use your fingers, a wide-tooth comb or a detangling brush
- To refresh, apply water, leave- in conditioner, or a curl cream to refresh the curls and keep moisturized
- Finger curl, scrunch hair and use a diffuser attachment on a blow-dryer to encourage definition and reduce frizz. Apply lightweight oil if necessary
- Avoid brushing curly hair while it is dry

Note: Curly strands may naturally wrap around one another and interlock. This is normal for curly hair and is not automatically a sign of poor-quality hair or excessive tangling. Regular moisturizing and gentle detangling will help keep the curls manageable and defined.
Heat Styling
Our Virgin hair can be heat styled, but heat should always be used carefully
- Apply heat protectant before applying heat to any hair
- Avoid using high heat everyday
- Allow hair to cool before brushing through curls for a better curl hold
- Always use a hair spray before curling the hair
- Limit heat on Burmese curly textures to help preserve the natural curly pattern
Heat damage is permanent and may change the texture of the hair.
Color and Bleaching
The hair can be colored or bleached, All chemical services are recommended by a licensed professional.
Before coloring:
- Complete a strand test
- Avoid over-processing
- Deep-condition the hair afterward
Understand that bleaching can reduce the hair's lifespan and increase dryness and shedding.

Nighttime Care
Protect the hair every night to prevent friction, dryness, matting and unnecessary shedding. Cover the hair with a satin bonnet or scarf. Never sleep with wet or damp hair.

Use lightweight, moisturizing products. Avoid heavy oils, waxes and excessive product buildup.

Shedding and Tangling
A small amount of shedding is completely normal with human hair, especially during washing, detangling, and styling.
To reduce shedding:
- Avoid cutting the wefts
- Seal any wefts that must be cut
- Detangle gently
- Keep hair moisturized
- Remove product buildup regularly
Excessive dryness, improper detangling and product buildup can contribute to tangling and shedding.
Storage
When the hair is not in use, place the hair in a satin bag or original packaging. Store in a clean, dry area. Never store damp hair this can cause odor, matting, or mildew.
